1. طبيعة المعلومات المعروضة
تهدف تدويرة إلى تسهيل اكتشاف الفرص بين منشآت صناعية في المملكة العربية السعودية ضمن نموذج سوق B2B. المعلومات المعروضة على المنصة قد تشمل بيانات يقدّمها المستخدمون، ومخرجات أدوات آلية أو ذكاء اصطناعي، وتقديرات استرشادية. ما لم يُذكر صراحة خلاف ذلك، لا تضمن المنصة اكتمالاً أو دقةً مطلقةً أو حداثةً مستمرةً لكل معلومة.
2. بيان الأثر البيئي وليس «شهادة ESG»
عندما تعرض المنصة مؤشرات متعلقة بالأثر البيئي أو انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون المعادلة أو التوفير المرجّح للموارد، فإن ذلك يُقدَّم كـ «بيان أثر بيئي» أو تقدير استرشادي لغرض المقارنة الداخلية أو دعم اتخاذ القرار التجاري المبدئي فقط.
- هذا ليس «شهادة ESG» ولا تقرير امتثال رسمي ولا تأكيداً لمعيار تصنيف استدامة معتمد لدى جهة تنظيمية أو جهة اعتماد خارجية
- تعتمد النتائج على بيانات المستخدمين والافتراضات النمذجية ومصادر مرجعية قد تتغير؛ وقد تختلف النتائج الفعلية بحسب سلسلة التوريد والتشغيل والقياس الميداني

3. محتوى يولّده الذكاء الاصطناعي

- قد يحدث خطأ أو تحيز أو نقص في السياق؛ ويجب مراجعة المخرجات بشكل بشري قبل الاعتماد عليها في قرارات مالية أو تشغيلية أو تنظيمية
- لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة عن الاعتماد المنفرد على مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي دون تحقق مناسب
4. تقديرات الأسعار والمسودات
أي تقديرات أسعار أو نطاقات سعرية أو صياغات تجارية مقترحة عبر المنصة هي استرشادية وغير ملزمة، ولا تشكل عرضاً أو قبولاً تعاقدياً، ولا تغني عن التسعير الفعلي المتفق عليه بين الأطراف وفق السوق والجودة والمخاطر والشحن والضرائب والرسوم.
5. توفر المنصة (إصدار تجريبي)
قد تكون المنصة أو أجزاء منها في مرحلة تجريبية (Beta) أو تطوير مستمر. قد يحدث انقطاع، أو بطء، أو تغيير في الميزات، أو صيانة مجدولة أو طارئة، أو فقدان مؤقت لبعض الوظائف. نسعى لتحسين الاستقرار، دون تقديم ضماناً بعدم الانقطاع.
6. الروابط والأطراف الثالثة
قد تحتوي المنصة على روابط لمواقع أو خدمات يقدمها أطراف ثالثة. تُقدَّم الروابط للتسهيل فقط، ولا تتحكم تدويرة بمحتوى تلك المواقع ولا تتحمل مسؤوليتها.

2. Environmental Impact Statement — Not an “ESG Certificate”
Where the Platform displays environmental indicators, CO₂-equivalent estimates, or indicative resource savings, such outputs are provided as an “Environmental Impact Statement” (Arabic: بيان الأثر البيئي) for internal comparison or preliminary commercial decision support only.
